Singapore’s favorite little lime. Calamansi can be found growing around many kampung houses and continues to do so outside many front doors today. In this marmalade, the exuberant calamansi is paired with a counterpoint of sweet pineapple. The calamansi lime is not much larger than a grape but it packs a big flavor.
