Local Shipping Policy for OppTy Perks

Shipping Charges:

Rate Structure: Shipping fees start at $1.50 * per vendor for each order.

Example:

Product A (Vendor A) Shipping: $1.50

Product B (Vendor B) Shipping: $1.50

Total Shipping Cost: $3.00 (Vendor A + Vendor B)

Note: Our checkout page displays a total shipping cost without a breakdown due to system limitations. Shipping fees may vary depending on the total weight and size of the items from each vendor.

Delivery Methods:

Fulfillment: Orders are fulfilled and shipped by individual sellers, not OppTy Perks.

Seller’s Choice of Delivery: Sellers choose their delivery method. Options may include our logistics partner Qxpress, other third-party couriers, local mail (normal and registered), or personal deliveries.

Seller Policies: For specific details, refer to the shipping policies on the seller’s profile page. Direct inquiries can be made to the seller via the “Contact” button on their profile page.

Delivery Duration:

Seller’s Shipping Timeline: Each seller has their own shipping timeline.

Maximum Wait Time: We expect sellers to ship orders within 14 days. Orders unfulfilled after 14 days will be cancelled and refunded at customer’s request, unless a delay is pre-communicated and accepted by the customer.

Shipping Confirmation: You will receive an email notification with tracking information, where available, once your order is shipped.

Receipt of Order:

Variable Delivery Times: Delivery times vary by seller and delivery method.

Maximum Local Delivery Time: Local deliveries generally take no more than 5 working days from the date of the shipping confirmation email.

Delayed Orders: If you haven't received your order within 5 working days after the shipping confirmation, please contact the seller directly.
